A new Parkiteer Bike Parking Cage at North Williamstown

People living in the suburb of Williamstown North and its surroundings can now consider riding to the station and securely park their bike in the brand new Parkiteer secure bike parking cage.

The new architecturally-designed Parkiteer cage boasts a max capacity of 40 premium bicycle parking spaces and is just 50m from the station entrance.

This new Parkiteer is part of the North Williamstown station upgrade, which includes new garden spaces, accessibility features and local art that reflects the village feel.

The new station will also have a new Shared-User Path that connects the Department of Transport's Strategic Cycling Corridor and Hobsons Bay City Council's future Champion Road shared use path, for safer, more efficient and accessible transport.

More Parkiteers to come

There have been a few new Parkiteers opened since the beginning of the year, and there will be several more Parkiteer cages in the pipeline for 2022 as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project and various station upgrades.

Parkiteer is free to use. Visit parkiteer.com.au to register and find your nearest Parkiteer bike parking cage.
