Women's Health Week

Hop on the bike this Women’s Health Week to help raise awareness of the importance of good health and wellbeing for all women and girls in Australia.

Women's Health Week | About

Women’s Health Week is a national campaign, held every September, to raise awareness of the importance of good health and wellbeing for all women and girls in Australia. We’re proud to be teaming up with Jean Hailes again as an official community partner for Women’s Health Week 2022.

Getting active for at least 30 minutes every day is vital for a happy and healthy life. As we deal with the challenges of a global pandemic, it’s now more important than ever to take care of our mental health and physical well-being. Women’s Health Week is a great opportunity to check in on your health and to keep making positive changes that can last a lifetime.

We believe that riding a bike is one of the best ways for anyone to get the daily dose of physical activity we all need. It’s affordable, fun, easy, convenient, good for the environment and one of the healthiest ways to get around.
