Royal Parade lane closure

The Royal Parade southbound service lane, adjacent to the Grattan Street east site, will be closed for about three weeks from Monday.

The closure will be imposed at 6am on Monday, 2 August.

Bike riders and general traffic will be directed into the southbound centre lane from just north of the worksite

Pedestrians will be diverted around the work area into a dedicated walkway.

Access to the Doherty Institute will be maintained via U-turn, just north of the Haymarket roundabout, under traffic control.

Access to University of Melbourne Gate 11 and the Florey Institute will be maintained under traffic control.

Working hours are 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, however the Royal Parade southbound service lane will remain closed 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.
