Great Vic
Our rider promise
We can't wait to have you join our next GREAT adventure! We are preparing for the event with the health and safety of our riders, volunteers and spectators at the forefront and we've made a few changes to our event operations to ensure COVID-safety guidelines are met.
Along with these changes we have created a COVID-19 refund policy so you can sign up with confidence.

The perfect school camp
Give your students the chance to experience a school camp like no other at the Great Vic Bike Ride. The Great Vic gets students outside and active, develops camaraderie, independence, resilience and teaches the value of achievement.

You’ll take away students excited for an adventure and return with a group of resilient young people united by a grand achievement.
After two years, the Great Vic will return in it’s full 9-day form in 2022 as we ride the Great Ocean road region from 26 November to 4 December. You can choose to do the full ride or select from the shorter 5-day or 3-day options. We can’t wait to explore Volcanic craters, Otway rainforests, the Great Ocean Road and Golden Plains with you!

“There’s a really strong sense of achievement that they (the kids) get out of that challenging experience.”
“It enabled us as teachers to develop a rapport with some of the kids for whom school was a bit challenging. This was an event where they could get in there and be really physical and really active. That had a spin-off in terms of getting alongside those kids and getting engaged with them more.”
