Sorry ... we made a mistake

We didn’t process your payment for United Energy Around the Bay

We’ve started using a different registration system for our rides and events, however we have had some teething problems with entries for this year’s United Energy Around the Bay.

When your entry was submitted we didn’t process the correct payment for your ride. Your spot at the start line is confirmed, but we didn’t debit the correct amount of money.

How we’re going to fix it

We are going to call you on Thursday 23 or Friday 24 August to apologise for our mistake and confirm your details to reprocess the payment.

Fixing up the problem in the coming days means we can finalise all payments and next week send out rider packs to those who chose postage.

What you can do

You may like to check your bank or credit card statement to confirm what payment was made to enter United Energy Around the Bay.

Any payments made to Bicycle Network for United Energy Around the Bay will be listed on your account as being processed by Bicycle Network via Ezi. Ezi is the company who process payments on our behalf.

We’re sorry that we have to reprocess your payment and apologise for not making sure your entry process was as smooth as possible.
