Just over an hour's drive east of Melbourne, Baw Baw is made up of three distinct areas offering a wide range of activities and accommodation to suit any taste or budget.

 

 

​La Trobe Council

Glengarry township is situated in Latrobe City about 10km north of Traralgon.  With a population of around of 700 and established in 1883, Glengarry is a lovely place to stop on your way along the Gippsland Plains (C105) scenic drive or the Gippsland Plains Rail Trail, which extends 63km from Traralgon to Stratford in Central Gippsland.  It passes through rich dairy country and offers scenic views across the Gippsland Plains and Great Dividing Range to the north.
