Riders along Rathdowne Street into the city may face minor disruptions until the end of April.
Gas works will result in the closure of the southbound bike lane and parking lane at various locations.
The works will be clearly signed and traffic management will be in place.
Keep a look out in the following locations:
- Intersection of Rathdowne Street and Kay Street
- Intersection of Rathdowne Street and Neill Street
- Intersection of Rathdowne Street and Pitt Street
- Intersection of Rathdowne Street and Princes Street
- Rathdowne Street between Neill Street and Princes Street
- Rathdowne Street between Palmerston Street and Pitt Street
- Rathdowne Street between Pitt Street and Kay Street
The works will be between the hours of 9.30am to 6pm weekdays, 8am to 3pm Saturday, and 10am to 5pm Sunday.
The contractors will be required to use appropriate, non-skid plate covers at locations where bikes may be present.
