Great Outback Escape 2019
We're going on an outback adventure

Have you heard the news? In 2019, Bicycle Network is heading to Australia’s red centre for the very first time and you’re invited.

The Great Outback Escape from 11-18 May, 2019 is unlike anything we’ve done before.

Over eight days and more than 438 kilometres, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the unique beauty, landscapes and sacred culture of Central Australia.

During the day, you’ll pedal past the rugged landscapes of Australia’s Red Centre, including West MacDonnell Ranges, Kings Canyon and the iconic Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

At night, you’ll rest, relax, refuel and refresh in three to five-star accommodation.

Plus, we’ve included some extra special activities each day to make sure the ride is simply unforgettable, including Indigenous art performances, a Kings Canyon helicopter ride (premium ticket), bush food BBQ, Sounds of Silence dinner, Field of Light sunrise breakfast and plenty more.

The Great Outback Escape promises to be an intimate and personalised premium cycling holiday—which is why we've capped the ride at only 140 spots.

The pilgrimage to Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is a unique and special journey that is up there on a lot of Australian’s bucket lists. This is your chance to tick off this life changing experience.

Start planning your 2019 outback adventure with us and see for yourself what it’s like to experience the desert wind in your hair, the changing colours of sacred landscapes and the red dirt under your tyres.

We can’t wait.
