WestConnex proposal in Inner West
Help plan reliefs for inner-west WestConnex traffic

City of Sydney council is inviting feedback on measures designed to protect residents of Alexandria and Erskineville from increased traffic due to WestConnex.

Proposed measures include street closures, additional traffic signals, altering intersections and removing parking during certain times of day.

Bicycle Network has provided comment supporting local street closures, and the introduction of pedestrian crossings at Copeland and Fountain Streets.

Questions were also put forward asking what measures would be put in place to protect bike riders as there are four parks within the area that are used by people of all ages.
