NSW Bike Week is back
Get fit and have fun at NSW Bike Week this September.

Get ready, there’s not long until people of all ages, skills and disciplines come together for an annual celebration of cycling – NSW Bike Week (16-24 September).

The perfect warm up event before National Ride2Work Day on October 18, NSW Bike Week sets out to encourage more people to embrace the warmer weather, learn more about their neighbourhoods and get active through bike riding.

Stretching beyond Sydney, the week-long celebration includes more than 80 free events across NSW from Ballina to Bega.

Port Macquarie (21 Sep), Sydney's Lane Cove Council (21 Sep) and Gosford (20 Sep) will even be hosting their own Ride2Work Day breakfasts as part of the bike week celebrations.

People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to get out on their bikes and get involved. Events include everything from interactive workshops and social rides to commuter breakfasts and skills sessions for people new to riding.

NSW Bike Week is an initiative of Transport for NSW.
