Bicycle Network: Ride2Work (178)
The Great Australian Commuter Experiment
Have you ever wondered if riding to work is actually faster than jumping in the car or catching the train? The Great Australian Commuter Experiment is proudly bought to you by Reid Cycles.
Bicycle Network have partnered with Reid Cycles to give you The Great Australian Commuter Experiment.
We have thrown out the challenge to five everyday Australians to commute to work via a mix of car, train, and bus over the course of a month.
Reid Cycles has kindly provided each participant with a brand new Reid Urban X2 commuter bike, and decked them out in a fresh Reid Aero Race Helmet, to compare their morning commute in the saddle, at the wheel, and on PT to once and for all prove whether jumping on the bike is the best way to get to work in the morning.
Keep your eyes peeled on the trail for our lovely commuters and on the web to see how they are fairing.
Take a moment to fill in our Commuter Survey. It will help us paint a clearer picture of how everyone gets to and from work each day.
