Last time I went to the city I locked my bike up next to the hire bikes. Thought it's the best place for it to be because the hire bikes weren't locked so a thief would be more likely to take one of those, and the bikes were pretty much supervised the whole time. Would have been very suspicious if someone was cutting my cable lock.
