As usual there is a wide variety of stuff at breakfast. I'm definately glad I choose to go vegetarian ... because there is NO WAY that I'd even consider eating chicken or salami at lunchtime, cos I'm so worried about hygeine!
Penny I have worked on Catering Team on 2 GV and several EasterBikes in the past. BV are very carefull with food hygeine. I doubt if a ride goes by without the a Local Health Inspector making a call to check it out. Also the last thing BV want is to have 30% of a ride go down with Gastro
In fact the BV Kitchen after the GV spent time with the CFA to feed the crews.
As lisanne suggested don't let your concerns wreck your enjoyment of the ride.
