In all my years of MRR’ing, I cannot recall when we have ever had a disciplined, well organised, and properly paced rolling turns
on a mouse run. Until today. Brilliant!
Commencing at the base of Whitehorse, and continuing until col du Westfield. Amazement. There were around 9 of us all sharing the turns. We had a bit of work into the rare Nor-Easter, and no radar blobs nearby, although it is the first time I can remember being threatened by rain coming from Eildon. Approx 7 Rabbits passed us at Springy2. I did some work at the front from Elgar, but only when it was downhill.
Enjoyed a sprint downhill to catch the lights at Balwyn/Canty, grabbing a fistful of levers at the base. Great coffee to round it off. Great start to the day.
