I've posted my Photon Max battery to them in October 2012 for repair (was still working on 2 modes, wish now I'd kept it) was quoted 1 week turnaround for repair at approx $150.00 & 1 year warranty after repairs. But the problem now is my emails are bouncing back & their contact ph. no. is disconnected. Not sure where to go from here. ?????? Think I've kissed my battery goodbye unfortunately. I'm left with a brilliant light & no battery !!! Grrrrr
Dear NiteFlux customers.
Finally we have our first production batch of the new red zone 8 ready to ship. For those that are getting this email for the first time, please read below.
Our website does not show this product yet and still lists the old versions as out of stock. We wont be updating this until we have filled all the back-orders. There is a long list of people that have enquired, and we want to serve these first. Note also I have made special offer of free upgrade to 8W version for those on this email list.
Now, to order, or really, to pay: go to https://www.niteflux.com/quickcart.aspx. Make secure card payment at the site there. If you choose either red zone or white zone, you will not get the version that is pictured there, you will get the new version. (pictures attached to this email). You will get an automatically generated email from us with your payment receipt and an order number will be generated within our system. Reply to it with your order preference (eg let us know if you want upgrade to 8W) and delivery address.
International customers, we will send a consolidated shipment to USA each week and your order will be posted by US airmail from there.
Please do contact me with any queries, otherwise we will start filling the orders in order of payment receipt.
I know they say that the customer is always right, but this is getting silly.
Niteflux is certainly still in business and is not deregistered. Yes we have moved. Yes we are still needing to update contact details. But meanwhile our email usually works.
It is sadly not uncommon for some people to get frantic and send 3 or 4 emails on the same topic on the same hour, on the weekend. This is a good way to get your emails marked as spam and filtered out. Also, sorry we don't answer email on weekends, or at night time. We answer most within normal business hours.
Wendy from above has got her requests filled. It is very common for people to post complaints on web forum such as AC; much less common for people to follow up and post resolutions.
If there is anybody that has a niteflux light, in warranty that has a fault, then of course you can send it to us. Contact us on email@example.com or just send it to the PO Box. Any advice from people that you should not send it in makes no sense at all. If it is broken, then what else are you going to do with it? Niteflux can repair, replace or refund at it's discretion. Max in this case I think you are a candidate for refund. Please go and buy somebody else's product.
Anybody else out there that loves their red zone but has a problem, we will replace any warranty claims with our new version, which is imminent.
