Choice reported a few years back that the 'pre-charged' variety unsurprisingly held their charge better than the ones that come flat. So, for things like lights where you may not use them for some time, they're a good idea.
Anecdotally, I think I agree with their findings.

Pretty sure I have some 900 and 950s, and I've seen 1100s, but given, no idea if that's just what they have printed on the side.
