I may be allowed out on Friday if I'm very very lucky.....
Should I be allowed out - don't worry I've done the English speaking to foreigners course and I'll just speak slowly and very loudly. I gather you all speak like this anyway so I should fit right in.
There is a diverse groups of Poms on this ride. Young Andrew , has recently joined us and has a posh accent which is in marked contrast to Brit in oz.
Great to see Wak and his dog out today . We will be thinking of you on Friday. You are in good hands.
Also, thanks to many of you who asked about Gus, our poodle. After several weeks of severe back pain he has made a miraculous recovery thanks to a short course of high dose steroids .He is banned from criteriums for the moment till his blood levels of steroids drop. Some of you may remember I had a similar problem last year after lifting the fallen BBQ.
I am doing the Apline classic 130km and my 2 riding partners have dropped out, so I am looking for someone to ride with. I have no intention of doing the 200km and the 250km is sheer lunacy (sorry Gobsec)
Outlook is back from lighting fires in Tassie and stole a latte,( I think mine with no remorse.)
