All Mountain Bike Riders of Lysterfield
Since the start of June Lysterfield Park has received 128 mm of rain following on from 110.4 mm in May. This has left the park saturated and water is still flowing down drainage lines from the rain last Friday.
After review of trail conditions and the forecast of another 5 days of rain beginning Friday, all Mountain Bike Trails including the Commonwealth Games track will remain closed and reviewed next week to save them from further damage.
Although the fire trails are wet in places they are available for use.
Your help in spreading the word and your patience to put of trail riding for another week or so is greatly appreciated

A mesh inner back panel separates the main body of the pack from your body, which improves airflow & helps stop your back getting too sweaty & yuk. I also use mine as a daily commuter pack (without the hydration bladder 'cos it's only a short trip) and never had a problem.

I like the look of the Osprey ones (good prices at evanscycles.com in the UK). Anyone got any opinions on those or other bands? Any local shops with a good range of any brands? ta.
