They are great lights for a roadie that sees a bit of darkness. I use these on my roadie for pre dawn escapes to the hills or on bunch rides. I consider them to be a very bright "to be seen" light or passable "to see with" light.
Yep just got a new charger after the last one fried itself the new design seems to be working really well. I find they are enough light to see with if you are in a semi-light area (ie not pitch black like kew boulie)
Yeah some of the corners on Kew Blvd are what made me decide to get Ay-Ups in the first place, but they are now permanetly on the commuter or mtb. Problem there is the speeds you hit some sharp corners at mean you really need good lights.
