This is the only Bairnsdale & Riviera Cycling Club Championship where other club riders may compete with the following provisos
1. Rider produces current Cycling Australia licence
2. ITT rules adhered to especially no assistance to other riders or drafting behind riders
3. Number of additional riders is not too many
