Pork, tomatilla and white bean chilli. Served on rice tonight. Lots of extra for future meals
pork chunks, onions, garlic, unsoaked beans, cumin, coriander, oregano, chicken stock, salt and pepper, chipotle chillis in sauce, chopped halapenos, cider vinegar, spalsh worchestire sauce, whole tin of tomatillas including liquid.
slow cook 9 hrs and then mash the pork chunks to shreds.
