Well I caught up with a mate from work and started of from office works. Having never ridden with him before And having a long Hiatus from riding I was a little nervous.
My fears were put to rest when he jumps out of his car and pulls out a nice heavy Kona Mountain bike.
It was exactly what I needed, a nice slow pootle only picking up speed to shoot through the road works. I spent 98% of the ride in the small ring talking **** and taking in the scenery. It was a great day for a ride and great company proved to be the perfect start for a Sat morning.
Now back to the wife and kids and the usual weekend BS around the house.
The harder you work the harder itis to surrender
