How did the ride go today?

Picked the perfect day for it too. We parked in Millgrove, rode along the highway through Warburton and then climbed to the top of Donna Buang. Not a breath of wind up top, and a few degrees cooler than the valley below. Saw maybe 15 other cyclists and not many more vehicles than that. The rainforest silence was only occasionally broken by the sound of Samantha swearing....particularly over the last few hundred metres....
Returned to Millgrove after the climb and was packing up into the car when I noticed a guy whose picture I'd seen here on the BV forums. Went over and introduced myself to GreenAlias and UJ1. Hope you enjoyed the ride back lads - it was perfect weather for it.
I think my wife will sleep soundly tonight. She's very happy with her new Cannondale Synapse - big thanks to Flea for the bike sourcing and fitting.

Is Amy on the telly?
