That sounds good to me. The problem that I have is that I can't be consistent about heading out every week morning due to work. I sometimes start work at 6.30 or 7. Other times I start in the arvo, 2.30 or 3. And, I roster only allows to plan fortnight by fortnight. Makes regular training not very regular. So, tomorrow a.m. is out for me. Maybe thurs and/or fri morning, if you or anyone else is doing it?
