Gran Prix Bicycles provide a FREE bike fit ... so you know where I'll be going after my last assignment is over to have a bike fit!!!

I was at Startline today (looking at sunglasses with a prescription lenses clip in them that Caren had ordered in for me) ... and Caren said that a couple came in during the week that knew me. She mentioned the name, but I didn't recognise it.
How embarrassing that I didn't twig that it was Dale E Grind and Mrs G.
pps: I feel rather embarrassed now. (Cos I often refer to Dale as Dale or Steve ... so the surname just didn't click with me when Caren told me!)
I agree that Caren is very patient - you should have seen me when I bought my first pair of knicks earlier in the year. I hate to think how long it took to find a suitable pair!!! (And my dad had come with me that day, so he was very patient as well!)
I hope you all have a lovely ride tomorrow. If it is weather like this, I will be jealous - cos after going to the gym in the morning, I'll be assignmenting
