Technically, if you're doing the 100km from Sorrento to Melbourne, the hill is Jackson's Hill and it climbs from the Dromana drive in up onto Mt Eliza before running along the top to Frankston. At Frankston, you ride down Oliver's Hill and that's steep with a big, sweeping right hand curve. Friends with more nerve (death wish ?) than I have taken the middle lane, tucked and topped 70kph coming down there.
