It was bloody hard work on the way back, but sometimes it's the small things that help. I don't suppose he realised it, but Ian carried a fly from about Black Rock to St Kilda on his back. For some reason I was transfixed by this and just focused on the fly and it seemed to help loads. Ah, small things small minds etc.
