not sure if this has been asked before but...
the week leading into atb (13th-19th) should i take it easy on my riding and do none the day before or just simple rides or maybe even a tougher one during the week?
for me this weekend i have a 3 day weekend so was thinking id get an extra day of riding in there as well as 1 later in this week, leaving next week from tues - the sunday as light rides. maybe saturday not riding and resting instead.
any advise would be great as its my first time in the 100km ride (for me i think if conditions are bad, it'll be a good challange, if its good then it'll be a nice ride
