She's a regular here who was still racing bikes while pregnant, and knew enough facts to put us all in our places when we questioned her Here's the thread
Why read and understand when you can just ask the same questiona again. ANd by the way, there is a search function...
I'm really sorry I asked now
I am obviously not used to forums and won't bother you again, thanks.
That seems to be an over reaction...
Sorry, but you did made me feel like a total idiot, it may seen I ask probably basic questions but I am new to this (forums and riding)and want to do the right thing and not find out I am doing the wrong this the hard way. Anyway, after being told I did use the search function and didn't find what I needed
I guess when your new to things you don't always know the functions and I do apologise if I brought the subject up again and it's been done before.
Yes Lisanne I am breastfeeding and pregnant
, only just found out so it's young! I think my body was trying to tell me last week, slow down! Wondered why I was so darned tired.
Since last night I found on google something by the Australian sports medicine people that if you are already fit you should be able to safely get to 150-160 so I guess I will go by that where I live it's impossible to get to a decent flat ride without going up a hill. I am watching though (thanks those that mentioned this) not to overheat, should be fine now it's colder.
