Reliability is very important, esp with rear lights, but there's no reliability section to the review. All they did was look at visibility, which is important,
If RideOn is going to publish equipment reviews, they might want to be a little more thorough, many people come in to the shop wanting the light that scored the top points so the reviews are influential, I think it's of some value to make them a bit more complete in future.
Otherwise, an interesting enough 5 minute flickthrough.
