Am not doing this ride, but am a seasoned Great Vic rider, and was just thinking that maybe you need to have a bit of a rest?? If you are feeling run down and fatigued, that's a good indication that you are over training and on the way to getting sick. Best thing to do it have a week where you cut your training in half, then start building up again. The week of rest/cut down will help your body recover and adjust to the new level of fitness and you will come back stronger and feel better for it. When I train, I do it in 4 week cycles - build up my hours and intensity for three weeks, then cut the hours in half for the fourth week then start again. Works for me... The last thing you want is to feel like crap when riding and camping for 14 days!
