They do have a bit of a reputation for that kind of behaviour, though I didn't have the problem with mine when I had it (sold to purchase the ill-fated OCR comp).

He took it for a ride reluctantly and offcourse no wobbles so they arent going to cover it under warranty because it did not happen to him when he rode my bike the best he could offer was a 07 frame and fork for arround $1500 .
It probably didn't happen to him because he is not you. My knowledge of physics is very sketchy, but I think it is about harmonics, and the weight and shape of the whole system seem to be important, as well as the speed (does it happen to you at roughly the same speed every time?) - you are just unlucky and someone else riding the same bike may not have the problems at the same speed as you (or possibly at all!). On the other hand, you could ride another example of the same bike and have no problem. C'est la vie.
