Bit slow this morning, it actually was and felt like a recovery ride.

My S725x ONLY gives total time. I have manually stop it by pressing the stop button once to pause the exercise and then the start button to resume.

Could be a difficult one for me....
After a Kinglake return (with PB up the hill) on Saturday and then a tough mtb race yesterday, my legs felt pretty dead on the commute today.
I'll go put my tights (Skins) on, rest up and see what happens tomorrow morning!
See you out there Bodie.

Remind me Bodie what the slow/fast group actually means, is it recovery out, and hell for leather back?
