I've been a lot of a hermit for a bit of a while. Life has been kind of craptastic in a few personal ways. That's my problem to deal with.
On the bright side, I rode the length of the East Gipsland Rail Trail a few months ago. Much respect to Snowy River Cycling. I didn't use their services much, but they were extremely helpful in what they did do for me.
I'd describe myself now as an experienced recreational cyclist. My longest day in the saddle was 160km. I enjoy a day of Lilydale to Warburton return. Still, I'd like to improve, and call myself an enthusiastic touring cyclist. I'm looking for a professional trainer who knows bikes, and works with raw amateurs. Someone convenient to the inner suburbs of Melbourne would be ideal.
Any advice or suggestions are welcome.
This is a serious request.
