if they let Rogers off the hook then they have to let Contador off the hook too - which opens up a huge legal hole for Alberto to sue for further damages.
I therefore think that Rogers is now history, even if he did not take it knowingly, at his age he can't afford a 2 year ban to return to the top of the sport.
