Cramp is upper inside predominantly left thigh so would be comfortable to say adductor. I have been massaging left gluteus minimus/medius as this area feels extremely tight. Current thought is due to glute tightness it is causing the adductor to work harder than it should. Therefore I feel that this could be what is causing the cramp??
