Melbourne did spend alot of money removing 0.3m of bluestone gutter but they needed to keep the face and gutter bluestone due to heritage issues. Well I am pertty sure that is why.
If you are using that extra .2m you are likely taking evasive action... And as for the handlebars things, um, no offence, but do you actually ride a bike? - All signs point to no?
