Cannot be ridden as a bicycle (ie no liccence or rego requirement); cannot be registered as a motorbike as they do not have automotive design compliance. Legally they are a stranded asset.
And unfortunately, at 43kg + rider, they're about 30kg more dangerous than a your average pushy, should they collide with somebody else.
