Finally watched it on iview last night, just before it expired and longer after I first posted about it than Dom's trip itself. Quite a journey, but a couple of years condensed into 45mins is sure to only show the high and lowlights.
Having done some grand tours, what I can't help thinking about while watching docos like this and the Tim Cope ones is how they set it up to film themselves. It must take up some time and effort, though I suppose it's not done every day.
Not sure about him having no support as there were times that the Bob trailer was missing and the last stoker had a huge backpack for some scenes but not in others. That's not to knock his efforts of riding 30,000kms BTW which was half done solo and sure to be self-supported then.
