For instance day 2 will most likely take me 3 hours to ride it. So if I leave at 7am, I should be in Donnybrook by 10am. Lunch spot at 9am. For me 9am is too early for lunch so I'll be taking it with me.
Just reading the ride guide Baalzamon and I'm thinking that if you ride through the lunch spot at 9am, there won't be any lunch for you to take with you. The volunteers will still be in Busselton finishing up from breakfast.
And if you are in Donnybrook at 10 then you'll have two hours to wait till they let you into the campsite. I guess you could always eat apples in the Park at the train station waiting for your bag to get there.
I think a perambulation through the tuart forest as Steve suggests, a dip at Peppermint Beach and a stop at Capel Vale might be a good way to fill in the morning rather than twiddling your thumbs in Donnybrook, lovely little town that it is!
