I don't know that one, but if you use the search function on the forum you'll find a few threads on the subject with lots of good advice. The decision is essentially track pump (for home) or frame pump (for on the bike). I'm very happy with my Topeak Road Morph.
Stay away from the silca track pump. If you are not careful you can very easily tear the valve out from the inner tube.
The Silca was the gold standard in track pumps for some time, until recently (last year or two) when they changed the valve head from brass to plastic. This change has since been reverted (good!) but the pumps are significantly less reliable than they have been in the past.
So, while parawolf may complain about operator error (and in this case, it's probably appropriate), the pump is not to be avoided because some people are unable to use it correctly, it's to be avoided at the moment because it is (or at least the last two batches we've had) have been poor quality and quite unreliable. This is a shame, as the Silca \Pista was the most reliable 'shop quality' presta valve pump available for a long time and was THE pump to use once you worked out how to use it properly on road bikes.
