My cross bike has now had 5 rear punctures on Conti 25mm 4seasons tyres, each one discovered in the morning when I want to commute on it and without time to change tubes so I grab my other bike and fix it when I get home. I've never found any debris in the tyre and 2 I have put down to faulty valves but I see I now have another after only 1 ride on a brand new tube. The rim tape appears to be in in good nick so I'm at a loss to what is going on and the faulty valves appear not to have holes at the base. I've used 2 different brands of tubes and only inflate to 110 psi.
At least I don't have to change the tube on the road side but I've never had this issue with my other 3 bikes or my wife's 2.
Any other ideas?
