Buy/find a heap (but with OK brakes/levers). Prob 7 spd. Swap over brakes/levers/shifters. Wind the 7 spd's derailleur in so it's only a six speed. (OK... that's a guess, but it works with other ones - Ducky?) Or, swap rear wheels and/or cluster too?
