Are you good with language?
This year BYK-FM - the official radio partner for the Great Victorian Bike Ride - plans to pre-record as much broadcast content as possible.
With this in mind, we have several (specialist) positions available for interpreters.
With community expectations higher this year than in previous years, our goal is to offer superior content.
Accordingly, applicants who make the cut and become eligible to mark their resumes with "2009 Panel of Interpreters" will be judged as follows:
a) Best overall
b) Best Newcomer
c) Best Rising Star
d) Most Loved
We are looking for riders who are good with language, who can speak clearly, and who are articulate. These attributes are fundamental.
BYK-FM needs interpreters in the following fields:
weight lifting (both men's and women's)
Each interpreters will have between two and five minutes of air time.
Of course, in the spirit of great aussie tradition, feel free to dob in your mates for these exceptional positions.
In appreciation, both you (the dober) and your colleagues (the dobees)will be invited to the opening night cocktail party in our new studio.
