Yes Chainreaction looks good for cheap wheels. I ended up getting a LX hub off ebay cheap ($25), a $60 Mavic 317 rim, $30 for spokes and $40 for a wheel build. In Hindsight Chainreaction would have been cheaper. Just get a 3 pack of chains and a new cassette when you order the postage is the same, spending money to save money. The only reason I went with the LBS was I figured I could take the wheel back if I had any problems which I haven't. Thinking about what I spent it makes the Phantom Cycles or Chainreaction wheels look cheap. Maybe Phantom cycles will price match, postage might make it a better deal from Phantom. I have used both C Reaction and Phantom and would recommend both. If you are thinking of going tubeless remember it costs a fair bit to convert normal rims ($100 for a kit?? rings a bell). Didn't the Phnatom cycles wheels include everything to use as tubless.
