But I have a Brooks B17 on my tourer.
I find the Brooks to be less comfortable than a SDG for about the first 20km. It could be that my bum is used to SDG and it's unfamiliar, or it could genuinely be less comfortable.
From 20km up to about 80km, there's really nothing in it.
After the first 80km... on the odd occasion when I get to spend a whole day on a bike... that's when I'm glad to be on a Brooks. Plastic shelled saddles start to get uncomfortable. Tensioned leather doesn't.
Downside? They're heavy, and water isn't good for them so they require a bit more care. They also have notoriously short rail adjustment, so your new saddle might have to stretch to a new seatpost as well (with different setback) if you can't get it to the position you want... that seems to be most problematic to people who usually slide their saddle a fair way back on its rails. Not a problem for me... the Brooks, like every other saddle, is slammed right far forward on a zero setback post.

I also have a Swallow ti which I'd like to sell and it seems a bit narrow for me.
Honestly, I haven't thought about pricing yet, but thought I'd mention it.
