The problem with the QV site for both bike shops that have been there is that their retail model sucks, they've always seemed to favour the racks and racks of bikes and the blingy showroom which drives their margins up to cover costs which drives people out the doors (they were selling Giro Ionos helmets for $500 when Bike Force was selling them for $299 for example). It's never been a pleasant store to wander around, it's a stupid layout IMO.
