I had found that inserts in my older BBBs created severe fogging issues on cold/wet days, since a layer of warm air gets trapped.
So I went for broke and had a pair of prescription Oakley Jawbones with Rx Transition lenses hand-cut by bicyclerx.com. Note: this is the only way to get the Jawbones serrations (an anti-fog mechanism) into Oakley frames with an rx - Oakley's own prescription optics are a solid lens (c.f. http://teamsky.cyclingnews.com/wp-conte ... 32-037.jpg
). I also wanted the Transition lens for use in any light level.
Total cost: $lots (ok. USD450 inc. shipping, and no insurance cover either for overseas purchase). But they've solved every cycling optical issue I had, and with bling factor too. bicyclerx.com were efficient, friendly, intelligent and competent to deal with.
