I bought a San Marco Aspide saddle amongst other things from Ribble just before leaving for Europe.
On my second last ride in France (just on 2000km) the saddle rail snapped clean through at the bend behind the seatpost clamp.
I wasn't sure they would handle a warranty claim, as unlike Wiggle which mentions warranty claims there is only mention of returns on Ribbles. But I did get a response via their Contact Us form that if I send it back they will look at it.
Last night I received an email from Ribble that they have credited me the cost of the saddle and I was able to order another saddle straight away!
