Baums look fantastic. A friend waited over 6 months though (and I'm not sure he has the bike yet).

The bespoke first:
Beautiful lugged steel. Pricey. 9 month wait time as of December. Good fitting available due to his own custom lugs for sloping top tubes. QLD.
Custom steel, titanium and carbon fibre. Noted for excellent build quality and great customer service / fitting/ consultation etc; very pricey, base models at about $2700 frame only. Manufactured overseas I think. Melb VIC
Custom steel and titanium. Also pricey. Very modern look and great paint jobs. Geelong VIC
Steel, in Tig or Fillet Brazed. $2225 for a Tig frame including paint. 2-3 month wait, but a meticulous and quality builder. Country Melb, VIC
Kennedy http://www.kennedycyclefit.com/ Concerning fit, some happy, some not. Kennedy known to be a hard seller.
Hillbrick http://www.hillbrick.com.au/ I have a Hillbrick track frame 2nd hand. Good welds, nice paint, true.
Cecil Walker / Paconi http://www.cecilwalker.com.au/category60_1.htm Hit and miss. Some people have had very negative experience on CW end, some have had great service.
Hillman http://hillmancycles.com.au/ Good rep, good history in Victoria. Not much info on recent custom work. Lugged 531 from $1400
Europa http://www.europacycles.com.au/europa.html Sadly, my 2 emails so far have elicited no response. Maybe I'll call soon but I'll probably go more local anyway. Sydney.
Bikepro http://www.bikepro.com.au/ Apparently "European" builder, but probably coming from Taiwan? Good prices depending on joining method and tubeset. 2-4 month wait time. Spoken to two owners so far, both very satisfied.
Have I missed anyone?
Oh you might want to look into XACD if you know what you want. http://www.xacd.com.cn/ Members here have had good experience with them. I, however am currently sorting out problems regarding a missing transfer and probably won't go with them again, so buyer beware.

I heard somewhere around or upwards of $10k for a full Ti road bike with Campag gear (probably not Super Record but I don't know for sure).
